Marco Spinelli

Marco Spinelli currently serves as the Managing Director of the Business Unit Power Grid CEU at Nexans, leading operations across four plants and achieving a turnover exceeding 400 million Euros with a workforce of 900 employees. Previously, Marco held the position of CEO and Sales Director at Nexans Suisse, where exemplary leadership restored profitability to a historical industrial plant and fostered organizational development for future challenges. With extensive experience at ABB in various sales and technical roles, including Sales Director for Trasfor SA, Marco has been actively involved in industry committees, such as CIGRE and Swissmem. Marco is further enhancing leadership skills through multiple educational programs, including an Executive Certificate in Digital Business Excellence from IMD and certificates from Harvard Business School Online.
