Maxence Bridoux

Maxence BRIDOUX is an experienced production and maintenance manager currently serving as the Responsable production et maintenance at Nexans since July 2023. Prior to this role, Maxence worked at Florette Holding from March 2018 to June 2023 as Responsable de production, overseeing three workshops and participating as a member of the site’s management committee. Experience at HEINEKEN spanned nearly a decade, where positions included Adjoint responsable conditionnement, Team Leader, and Ingénieur maintenance, focusing on operational management, team coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as an Apprenti Ingénieur at Meca Stamp International, where responsibilities involved establishing maintenance management systems. Maxence holds an engineering degree from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers and a BTS in Productique Mécanique from Lycée Ozanam.
