Oddvar Bugdø-Aarseth

Oddvar Bugdø-Aarseth is an accomplished QHSE&R Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Nexans Marine Operations AS, currently contributing to the realization of the new CLV13500 vessel. With a robust background in quality, health, safety, environment, and risk management, Oddvar has held various leadership roles, including QHSER Manager at Nexans and Partner at Huslid Consult AS. Previous experience includes significant positions at COWI as Head of Section and Business Unit Process - and Quality Manager, as well as global lead auditor and Supplier Quality Manager at Nexans, where focus was on supplier performance improvement. Earlier roles at Norconsult AS and Kværner AS provided extensive expertise in HSE systems and risk management. Oddvar holds a Master of Science degree in Health, Safety, Risk & Environment from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
