Thomas Berbain is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the subsea and marine engineering sectors. Currently serving as the US Operations Director at Nexans since May 2022, Thomas has successfully mobilized local teams for project organization and ensured effective communication with the Norway-based home office. Previously, Thomas served as Project Manager at Nexans, leading the development of cable installation capabilities. At TechnipFMC, from August 2019 to April 2022, Thomas held the position of Director Of Operations for the Mozambique LNG project. Thomas's tenure at Technip included roles as Director of Subsea Operations and Director of Asset Delivery, where responsibilities included overseeing subsea project support across North America and managing fleet activities in line with strategic objectives.
