Timothy Curl

Timothy Curl is currently the North America Head of Corporate Development and Investor Coordination at Nexans, a position they have held since 2025. With over 15 years of corporate development and investment banking experience, Timothy previously served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Actylis and held various roles at Morgan Stanley, including Executive Director in M&A. Timothy also has experience as Vice President of M&A at SCM Insurance Services, Director of Corporate Development at Eastman Chemical Company, and has worked as an independent consultant. They earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Elementary Education from Cornell College.
