André Cardote

André Cardote has worked in various roles since 2009. André began as a Researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações in 2009, and then in 2010, they became a PhD Student in Electrical Engineering at Universidade de Aveiro. In 2011, they were a Visiting Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2013 to 2017, they were Head of Product Management, Head of Tech Partnerships, Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Systems Engineer at Veniam. In 2017, they were an Advisor for dscvr.it. Currently, they are the Vice President of Data Products at Nexar Inc.

André Cardote has a diverse educational background. André obtained their Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011. André then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, which they completed in 2014. Before that, they obtained a Master in Electronics, Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro in 2009. Additionally, they hold a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Product Focus.
