Mark Pawloski is currently the Director of Enterprise Growth at Nexar Inc., having taken on this role in 2025. Previously, they held roles including Global Growth Strategy at Airbnb from 2018 to 2020 and Growth Strategy & Business Development at Lyft from 2020 to 2023. Mark co-founded Upkey and Acentive and served as Director of Business Development at Sittercity from 2017 to 2018. They began their career in education with Teach For America, teaching math and coaching until 2011, and later taught at Oracle Charter School from 2011 to 2013. Mark is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Loyola University Maryland and an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
