Eric Roark

Eric Roark is an experienced executive in design and construction, currently serving as Executive Vice President at NexCore Group since June 2022 and as Senior Director of Design and Construction at UCHealth since May 2015. With a strong background in project management, Eric leads the successful execution of construction projects valued at over $100 million, contributing to an annual capital expenditure of $500 million. Previous roles include Director of Internal Audit at University of Colorado Hospital and various operational positions at Reconstruction Experts, Inc. and Pulte Homes, where Eric oversaw significant projects and teams. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
