Maria Olvera has been working in the real estate industry for over 5 years. Maria started off as an assistant property manager and then transitioned into a real estate services coordinator. Most recently, they are working as an assistant manager for Real Estate Management at NexCore Group. Maria has a lot of experience with budgeting, preparing legal notices, and overseeing the collections of rent. Maria is extremely organized and efficient, which makes their a valuable asset to any team.

Maria Olvera received their business administration degree from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business with a focus in marketing and management.
