Peter Kloepfer

A co-founder of NexCore Group, Peter Kloepfer is pivotal to the company’s strategic planning.

Peter brings over 30 years of real estate development financing and structuring experience to NexCore. He has been responsible for more than $2 billion in real estate transactions and has invested in more than $450 million of projects.

Peter received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado and a Master of Law specializing in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Denver. He also has the Colorado CPA certification, and his ongoing industry involvement includes the American Bar Association, American Society of CPAs, Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Association of CPAs.
