Mitchell Filby

Mitchell Filby is the Managing Director and Founder of First Rock Consulting, established in May 2009, focusing on helping businesses understand sustainable commercialization of innovation strategies. As a Board Director for the Managed Print Services Association since January 2016, Mitchell contributes to the development of industry standards and guidelines. As a Co-Founder of Future Skills Studio, Mitchell promotes experiential learning methodologies, while also serving as an Australian Partner for NEXERA and Pratham Software, providing insights in imaging performance benchmarking and software solutions respectively. Involvement as a Senior Associate at Impact Innovation Group and as an Australian Partner for Kissflow underlines expertise in technology commercialization and digital transformation. Additional ventures include co-founding SEVENmile Venture Lab and serving as Vice President of Strategy at Taascom Inc. Mitchell holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Strategic Management from the University of Technology Sydney, along with multiple qualifications in business and management.
