Lucy Ware

Lucy Ware is a legal professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Legal Director at nexfibre since July 2023, Lucy previously held various roles at Virgin Media from November 2008 to January 2024, including Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel, providing legal services for IT, procurement, Digital Entertainment, and broadband. Prior experience includes serving as VP - Senior Commercial Counsel at Liberty Global from January 2017 to July 2023 and as an Associate at Simmons & Simmons from September 2002 to October 2008, focusing on Information, Communications, and Technology law. Lucy began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor with experience in ICT, Tax, and commercial litigation, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Durham University.
