NexGenHealth educates people on the art and science of heart coherence, resilience, and other strategies for self-regulation.  We provide training to support the integration of these tools to help individuals achieve greater inner balance, harmony and vitality. 

Learning techniques to help one tap into their heart and access their optimal potential for wellness and peak performance, is not just a way to manage personal well-being, it is also a form of social activism. 

With a greater understanding of the science behind our interconnectedness, learners will better appreciate the ways in which our collective participation leads to a healthier and more compassionate social ecosystem.

Our programs include accredited continuing medical educational courses (CMEs),  keynote lectures and workshops for executives and corporate groups, physicians and other healthcare professionals, as well as general audiences.
