From Winter Experience to Housing Concept: The Origin of NexHus
A few years ago, I stayed in a compact cabin in the snowy nature of Poland. Designed by an architect with a love for Scandinavian design. What struck me? The combination of clean design, smart layout, and a surprisingly comfortable indoor climate – right in the middle of winter.

Large windows, lots of natural light, excellent insulation, and a meticulous finish. All built in-house, by a small, skilled team. Not mass production, but custom work with care. That concept stayed with me.

From that experience, NexHus was born.

‘Nexus’ stands for connection – between people, nature and function. ‘Hus’ is Scandinavian for house. And yes, my own name is in it too. What started as an idea has grown into a powerful housing concept.

Today, NexHus offers turnkey modular homes and outdoor retreats. Relocatable, sustainable and stylish. Suitable as a holiday home, tiny house or flexible living solution. We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
