Ross Brindle has a diverse work experience in strategic planning, technology roadmapping, project management, data analysis, performance measurement, communications, and partnership development. Ross worked at Nexight Group as the Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President at Nexight Group from June 2010 to December 2015. At Nexight Group, they worked on various notable engagements including developing technology roadmaps, preparing environmental scans, facilitating workshops, conducting training, and managing open innovation efforts. Before joining Nexight Group, Ross worked at Energetics Incorporated as the Vice President of the Technology Strategies Division and as a Program Director for technology planning and communications. Ross'sresponsibilities included strategic planning, roadmapping, communications, and measurement/evaluation services for clients in the private and public sectors. Ross also analyzed technologies for the U.S. Department of Energy to assess their energy-saving potential. Ross began their career as a Research Assistant at Penn State Biotechnology Institute, where they conducted research on optimizing bioreactor designs for pharmaceutical applications.
Ross Brindle received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Ross later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Strategy at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
