David Pych

David Pych is an experienced investment and asset manager with a strong background in real estate. Currently serving as Investment Director at Nexity since September 2022, David has successfully transformed underperforming assets into valuable properties through strategic investment and financial structuring. Prior to this, David held the position of Senior Asset & Fund Manager at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where responsibilities included conducting valuations and analyzing business plans for Pan-European real estate assets. David's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Financial Auditor at EY and as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte Luxembourg and Saint-Honoré Partenaires. David holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Performance & Management Control from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master's in Audit and Finance from ISC Paris, highlighting a solid foundation in finance and management.
