Neath CHIV is currently the Directeur des études Grand Paris Nord at Nexity and has been in this role since 2022. Previously, Neath held various positions, including Responsable Technique at Bouygues Immobilier from 2011 to 2022, and Chef de projet en Maîtrise d'œuvre at setec bâtiment from 2006 to 2008. Neath also worked as Responsable technique Maîtrise d'ouvrage at Socogim IDF from 2008 to 2011, and served as Chef de Section Maîtrise d'œuvre at the Ministère des Armées from 2001 to 2005. Neath is currently pursuing a DESS in Ingénierie des Travaux Publics at the Université des Sciences et Techniques de Nantes.
