Anita Sircar

Anita Sircar is the current Head of Operations for Nexleaf Analytics in India. Anita has over 10 years of experience in operations and coordination, with a focus on institutional fundraising and programme management. Anita has a strong background in contract management, having worked with various organizations such as CARE India, the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, and Oxfam GB. In their previous positions, they were responsible for training and capacity building of staff, developing and managing risk registers, monitoring submission of donor reports, and updating information in various software systems. Anita's experience has allowed their to hone their skills in coordination and operations, making their an asset to their current team.
