Ryan Vinyard

Ryan Vinyard is an experienced Hardware Startup Consultant at Vinyard Product Development since October 2018, specializing in designing frameworks for hardware startups. As an advisor to various organizations, including Nexleaf Analytics, Jara, and Population, Ryan provides guidance on hardware development and product strategies. Previous roles include VP Engineering at Buoy Labs, Inc., where Ryan facilitated a successful acquisition, and VP Manufacturing at Molekule, contributing to early leadership efforts. Notable experience also includes Engineering Director and Lead positions at Highway1, where Ryan advised numerous startups, and a Senior Mechanical Engineer role at Motiv Power Systems. Ryan holds a BS in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Studio Art from Stanford University.
