NEXOFAB™ is a deep and clean-tech innovation transforming the construction industry for the future. Founded in 2024, NEXOFAB™ is a global venture reshaping construction with advanced, sustainable technologies. The name NEXOFAB stands for "Next Generation Exo 'Around the Sun' Factory Automated Building."

Innovative Technologies
At the core of NEXOFAB™ is the patented Nexo technology, which uses large-scale 3D printing to convert plastic waste into high-quality, lightweight composites. These materials serve as the foundation for modular, prefab building elements made primarily from recycled materials.

Revolutionary Thermal Energy Storage
Our building elements feature a thermal energy storage system that optimizes the indoor climate and enhances element performance, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Energy-Generating Building Elements
NEXOFAB™ integrates solar energy components into its prefab elements, making buildings energy self-sufficient and capable of returning surplus energy to the grid.

Carbon Sequestration
Our elements actively capture and store carbon, reducing the carbon footprint of each building and combating climate change.

Generative AI for Production and Energy Management
Using Generative AI, we optimize production processes and energy management systems, ensuring efficient energy flows within buildings and supporting smart living features like voice command and avatar experiences.

Fully Integrated Infrastructure
Prefab elements incorporate essential infrastructure like piping, wiring, and drainage, streamlining construction and enhancing durability.

Fast and Efficient Production
NEXOFAB™ elements can be produced in minutes, allowing entire homes to be assembled in just hours—ensuring unmatched speed, quality, and sustainability.

NEXOFAB™ is redefining construction, setting a new standard where technological innovation and ecological sustainability drive the future of the built environment.
