Troy Draper is the President & CEO of Nexora North America, where they lead a $2.3 billion distribution business focused on innovation, logistics, and customer experience. With extensive experience in leading large-scale operations, Troy has previously held executive roles at Dal-Tile LLC, Roofing Supply Group, and Grainger, where they achieved significant growth and operational excellence. They began their career as a Sales Manager at FedEx Office, where they led a top-performing team and drove sales success across multiple regions. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science from Utah Valley State College and an MBA from Utah State University.
