Dave F. is an experienced structural designer and offshore surveyor, currently serving as a Senior Structural Designer/Offshore Surveyor at Global E&C since January 2024. Prior roles include Senior Structural Designer positions at Petrofac and PD&MS Group, as well as a Senior CAD Designer role at AECOM.
