Ingvaras S. is currently the Head of AML Operations at Nexpay, where they implement first-line defenses in KYC processes. They previously held positions such as Supervisor of AML Compliance at Western Union and Head of KYC at mano.bank. Ingvaras has also served as a Centre of Expertise Agent at RS Components and as Head of Department at Senukai. In addition, Ingvaras is a member of the Management Board at Nexdesk and has been involved with the Lietuvos šaulių sąjunga since 2024. They obtained a Master of Business Administration from ISM University of Management and Economics and are pursuing a High National Certificate from the British Academy of Photography.
