Jan Mueller

Jan Mueller is a seasoned Process Engineer at Nexperia, with a focus on furnace and LPCVD reactor operations since June 2020, employing standard engineering tools such as SPC, 8D, FMEA, and 6Sigma Greenbelt. Previous roles include Supervisor of the Board at SiC Processing Baoding, where corporate and operational matters in China were overseen, and Head of R&D China, responsible for technical handovers, research group establishment, and production optimization. Additional experience spans various positions at SiC Processing, including Managing Director and Chief Engineer & Slurry Specialist, as well as a Postdoc at the University of Windsor. Jan holds a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg.
