Jane Yan

Jane Yan currently serves as the Global Talent Sourcing Lead at Nexperia since January 2023, following a diverse career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Previously, Jane held the position of Chief of Recruiting Division at China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company LTD. from March 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Recruiting Associate Director for Project & Financial Services at Robert Half and Manager of the Human Resources Team at Michael Page. Earlier in career, Jane worked as Channel Department Supervisor at China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company LTD. from July 2013 to November 2015. Jane Yan earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from Imperial College London between 2004 and 2007 and completed A-Level and AS Level studies at St Helen's School from 2002 to 2004.
