Jasper Waanders

Jasper Waanders is an experienced executive with a strong background in supply chain management and process optimization. Currently serving as Director of Systems & Processes at Nexperia since November 2021, Jasper previously held roles such as Functional Domain Lead ISC at AkzoNobel and Forecast to Schedule Manager at 3M, where a team was led to enhance continuous improvements in the FTS process. With a substantial tenure at Merck, including positions as Chairman of the Product Flow Committee and Global Business Process Owner for SCM within SAP, Jasper focused on establishing streamlined, tax-efficient supply chains and driving process enhancements in alignment with stakeholder needs. Jasper holds a Master's degree in Business Information Science and degrees in Economics from the University of Groningen and Windesheim.
