Jeffrey Dator

Jeffrey Dator is a seasoned professional in the engineering domain with extensive experience in process management and team leadership within the solar technology industry. Currently serving as Deputy Section Manager at Nexperia since March 2023, Jeffrey has previously held significant roles at Maxeon Solar Technologies, including PERC Process Engineering Manager and PERC Furnace Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and overseeing process development. Prior to Maxeon, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Staff Process Engineer for Cell RDD Technology Deployment at Sunpower Malaysia Manufacturing and at SunPower Philippines, where contributions included leading cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and tools. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, obtained from 1998 to 2004, and completed high school at Quezon City Science High School.
