Jesús U.

Jesús U. is a Principal SiC TCAD Simulation Engineer at Nexperia, a position they have held since April 2021. They earned a B.S. in Physics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 1999 and later obtained a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from the same institution in 2009. Jesús began their career in 2001 at the Instituto de Microelectrónica de Barcelona, later working at Alstom Transport and serving as a Research Associate at Newcastle University from 2014 to 2021. Their expertise includes the study and design of power semiconductor devices, focusing on applications from low-voltage suppressors to high-voltage IGBTs.
