Larry Cao

Larry Cao is an accomplished professional in internal auditing with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Internal Audit Director at Nexperia since August 2017, Larry leads a global audit team and manages audits for subsidiaries in APAC, Europe, and the USA. Prior to Nexperia, Larry held roles at GEELY, where responsibilities included overseeing audits for international operations and key joint ventures. Experience also includes serving as Internal Audit Manager at Shui On Land, where Larry led diverse auditing efforts, and as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, specializing in financial audits and IPOs. Larry holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and a Bachelor of Management in Auditing from Nanjing Audit University.
