Philipp Behrend

Philipp Behrend has extensive experience in the field of human resources, particularly in managing HCM systems such as Workday. Philipp worked as an HRIS Manager/Workday Lead in Nexperia, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's HCM system and leading a team of Workday experts. Prior to that, they worked at NXP Semiconductors, where they held various roles including HR Specialist in Compensation & Benefits, HR Specialist, and Apprentice in HR. During their time at NXP Semiconductors, they also gained extensive knowledge and experience in using Workday as a key user.

Philipp Behrend pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from 2013 to 2017 at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
