Simon Powell

Simon Powell is a highly experienced engineer with a focus on semiconductor processes. Currently serving as a Senior Implant and Etch Process Engineer at Nexperia since February 2017, Simon has previously worked at NXP Semiconductors as an Etch Implant WetEtch Process Engineer from November 2015 to February 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Process Engineer and Lithography Process Engineer at Infineon Technologies from January 2004 to November 2015. Earlier in Simon's career, a position as a Test Engineer at ZF Group involved responsibility for in-circuit testing of SMT and fully populated PCBs, including fixture design, from January 2002 to January 2004. Simon's career began as an R&D Process Engineer at ESM Semiconductors from December 1999 to January 2002.
