Tim Ayling is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Program Director for SiC FETs at Nexperia since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Finisar from April 2016 to July 2022, including Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for InP Mach-Zehnder modulators and photodiode development, and Senior Program Manager, overseeing transceiver module and subassembly development.
