Steve Hoffman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. They served as CEO of Prometric from 1996 to 2001 and as President and COO of Blackboard, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Hoffman has held board positions at multiple companies, including being the Chairman of the Board for KnowFully Learning Group and Chairman of the Board at Outside The Classroom. Currently, they are an Operating Partner at NexPhase Capital, LP and a Board Member at Meazure Learning, Aztec, and DealerOn, among others. Hoffman earned an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
