Marilyn Thorpe, is the founder of  NexPhase Transitions, LLC.,  a Coaching company specializing in Leadership Executive and Business Coaching, Lifestyle Change, Career Planning, among others.  I pursued my coaching training at Corporate Coach U, a certified entity of International Coaching Federation (IFC) and graduated as a Corporate and Life Coach.  Other certifications include Compass Coaching Group Certification.  I started my business, NexPhase Transitions, LLC, working with entrepreneurs, career/job seekers doing group and individual coaching.
