Daniel Castañeda

Daniel Castañeda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and business development. Currently serving as Associate Director in 1031 & DST Markets at NexPoint since April 2020, Daniel specializes in 1031 Exchange and DST transactions, holding licenses in Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63. As Founder of FlyFix, Inc., Daniel focuses on remodeling and property management, and previously held roles at TD Ameritrade in corporate actions and as Economic Coordinator for the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Daniel also founded Monaco Watch Co. and held a managerial position at iFixandRepair. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Christian University in 2017.
