Michael Mongold

Michael Mongold, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Fund Analysis at NexPoint, a position held since June 2021, after progressing through various roles including Senior Fund Analyst and Fund Analyst. Prior to this, Michael Mongold worked at KPMG US as an Audit Associate from September 2019 to June 2021, and as an Audit Intern earlier in 2019. Michael Mongold gained experience as an Accounting and Finance Intern at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC in the summer of 2018 and as an intern at Direct Energy in 2017, where responsibilities included back office operations. Michael Mongold also contributed as a Student Worker at Oklahoma State University from April 2016 to May 2017. Educationally, Michael Mongold holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
