Erika Sánchez

Erika S. is currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Content Officer at Santa Barbara Foundation, where the mission focuses on building empathetic and resilient communities. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the same foundation, an Administrative Assistant in the Trust & Estates Department at Allen & Kimbell, LLP, and a Regional Administrator at Young Life, supporting youth ministry operations across multiple areas in California. Erika also contributed to guest services as the Administrative Assistant/Guest Group Communications Coordinator for Young Life's Woodleaf, stylized clients at Stitch Fix, and held various operational positions in the Young Life organization. With a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Media Communications and Spanish from Colorado State University, as well as a current pursuit of a Paralegal Studies Professional Certificate from UC Santa Barbara, Erika combines strong communication skills and administrative expertise across diverse settings.
