Fletcher McLaughlin

Fletcher McLaughlin is a skilled professional with a diverse background in program coordination, venture analysis, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator, Venture Analyst, and Intern at NEXT Canada since May 2022, Fletcher also holds the position of Venture Consultant at XLSCOUT since November 2022. As the Business Owner of McLok, a startup specializing in innovative touch ID locks, responsibilities include strategic business planning, marketing execution, and operational management. Previous experience includes a role as Student Advisor for JA Central Ontario, where notable achievements were securing the “Most Profitable Company of the Year” award and promoting community outreach efforts.
