Established in early 2023, NEXT is dedicated to revolutionizing the real estate experience for agents, buyers, and sellers. At its core, the company employs advanced technological solutions to simplify and improve the real estate journey. Ryan Wire, a seasoned professional with over 10 years as Co-Owner at Aviara Real Estate & Escrow, recognized the industry's evolving landscape and founded NEXT.

In 2024, his vision was further strengthened by partnering with Jimmy Mercado, a former Re/Max office broker and owner of The LA Homeboy, for nearly a decade. Their combined expertise of over 40 years in the industry is the cornerstone of NEXT.
