Fletcher McLaughlin

Fletcher McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in program coordination, venture analysis, and business ownership. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator, Venture Analyst, and Intern at NEXT Canada and as a Venture Consultant at XLSCOUT, Fletcher also operates McLok, a startup specializing in innovative touch ID locks. Previous roles include Student Advisor for JA Central Ontario, where Fletcher played a key role in winning the “Most Profitable Company of the Year” award, and Brand Ambassador at Donorworx Inc. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management with a focus on Strategy and Innovation from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
