Next Conversation Consulting is a management consulting and coaching organization located in Charlotte, NC. We are a woman-owned business with a proven track-record of building cultures where employees love to work.

While most consulting firms use off-the-shelf solutions and processes and provide organizations with a complex roadmap to implement, we take a different approach. We use our proprietary process and methods to quickly understand the customer landscape and provide a realistic and do-able strategy. Right solution at the right time, that is simple, scalable and sustainable. In short, we never recommend something that an organization isn’t ready for nor what they actually need.
