John Stringer

John Stringer has over 25 years of experience in product management and leadership roles. John is currently the Head of Product at Next since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CrowdStrike as the Director of Product Management from December 2020 to June 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Forcepoint, including Director of Product Management, Senior Manager Product Management, and Group Product Manager, where they led teams in developing data security solutions used by global brands. John also worked at Sophos as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for data loss prevention and security analytics solutions. Earlier in their career, they were a Product Manager at MessageLabs and a Senior Product Manager at RM Education.

John Stringer attended the University of Glasgow from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a 2:1 MA degree in Computing Science & History Joint Honours. In addition to their degree, they hold an Advanced Certificate from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained in October 2001.
