Jan Nikander

Jan Nikander is currently leading UX design at Netflix Games, following a diverse career in user experience and design. Previously, Jan served as Design Director at Vincit, where they led a design team and managed various design operations. Earlier experience includes roles at Wolt as Design Lead and at Rovio Entertainment as Interaction Designer, as well as research work at Aalto University. Jan holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Aalto University.
