Next Gear works with businesses, non-profits, and youth, to develop and improve the performance of people. We provide practical tools and guidance that will unlock, untangle, and inspire natural talent and encourage independent success.

What makes Next Gear different from other management consulting groups?
Too many consultants show up with a canned solution, looking for a problem to match it. Next Gear brings everything we've got, and asks, "Where do you need to go?"

No cookie cutters.  No forced-fits.  Just confidence, smarts, and hard work.

We offer process consultation and group facilitation, executive coaching, design and delivery of custom training, and keynote or workshop services.

Call Next Gear, and we will help you find the right gear for any terrain.
