Melody Gian

Melody Gian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melody is currently working as an Account Manager in Foodservice Chains at Kerry since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Next Gen Foods, a company that specializes in plant-based meat alternatives. Melody held several roles there including Business Development Manager for APAC from May 2022 to April 2023, Business Development Manager for Singapore from April 2021 to May 2022, and Brand Development Manager from May 2020 to April 2021.

Before their time at Next Gen Foods, Melody worked at SATS Ltd., a leading food solutions and gateway services provider. Melody served as a Product Category Manager from October 2019 to May 2020, and as a Production and Costing Executive from September 2018 to March 2020.

Melody's earlier work experience includes positions at Plain Vanilla, where they worked as a Merchandising Associate from January 2016 to September 2018, and as a Retail Operations Intern from June 2015 to December 2015. Melody also interned at OCBC Bank in the Emerging Business department from May 2013 to August 2013. Overall, Melody Gian has gained valuable experience in account management, business development, brand development, product management, and retail operations throughout their career.

Melody Gian pursued their education starting from 2005 to 2008 at Swiss Cottage Secondary School, where they completed their GCE O Levels. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they attended Pioneer Junior College and obtained their GCE A Levels with a focus on Science. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they studied at Singapore Management University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Information Systems, General.
