Sofya Pogreb

Sofya Pogreb is currently a Board Member at Next Insurance. Sofya has previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at TrueAccord from January 2015 to February 2017, where they co-led a team rethinking debt collections. Pogreb was also with PayPal from September 2009 to January 2015, where they started as a Manager and progressed through promotions to Group Manager, Director, and Sr. Director. Prior to that, they were with McKinsey & Company from July 2000 to December 2006, where they served as an Analyst, Associate, and Engagement Manager.

Sofya Pogreb has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
