Rose Burchell has a diverse work experience. Rose started their career at HCT Group as a Design Intern in 2012. In 2014, they served as a Project Manager for Constructionarium Norfolk at the University of Southampton, where they successfully led the design and construction of a scaled version of the Gherkin Building. In 2015, Rose interned at Osborne as a Civil Engineering Intern, where they enforced health and safety regulations and supervised external works. Rose also worked at Arup in 2016 as a Maritime Engineering Intern, conducting research on resilience in maritime infrastructure and analyzing bathymetry data. In the same year, they had an internship at Buro Happold as a Civil Engineering Intern, where they conducted studies on large-scale basements, designed solutions for flooding issues, and proposed the use of smart meters for utilities efficiency. Additionally, Rose worked at Cameroon Catalyst from 2015 to 2017 as a Project Designer, focusing on the implementation of clean water supplies in rural Cameroon. Currently, they are employed at Next Jump, where they have held various roles since 2017. Rose started as a Business Associate and later became the Head of Customer Experience for the UK, shaping user experience and leading customer success operations. Rose then became a Client Success Lead, supporting clients in implementing HR technology and leading the Community Online Academy in the UK. Most recently, Rose has been serving as the Director of Client Success for Next Jump's portfolio of clients in the EMEA region.
