Next Leader OS is the leadership operating system for global tech leaders.

Built in London by Coach Tobias Ltd., we develop AI-ready leaders who scale teams, navigate disruption, and perform sustainably under pressure.

AI is transforming how companies build, ship, and scale. But technology does not replace leadership. It amplifies it. The leaders who thrive in this environment are those who communicate with influence, think strategically across complexity, regulate emotion under pressure, and lead diverse global teams with cultural intelligence.

We work with founders, executives, and high-potential tech professionals across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Most operate inside high-growth tech and SaaS environments where performance, promotion readiness, and team cohesion depend on leadership maturity, not just technical expertise.

Our programs are designed for:
- Tech founders scaling from product focus to people leadership
- Senior individual contributors preparing for management
- Engineering and product leaders stepping into strategic roles
- Directors and executives refining leadership identity
- Professionals who want to remain relevant and valuable in an AI-driven economy

What differentiates FounderOS is the integration of leadership psychology, coaching science, and real-world executive experience. Clients work with a certified coach who brings more than sixteen years of C-level and founder leadership experience, supported by advanced academic research on coaching culturally diverse professionals.

We focus on measurable leadership outcomes:
- Communicate with clarity and executive presence
- Develop AI-ready leadership capabilities
- Build resilience and decision strength under pressure
- Lead multicultural and remote teams with confidence
- Increase visibility, trust, and strategic influence
- Create direction and structure for long-term career growth
