Brian is integral to the Business Development process and leads the Customer Service team. He brings a strong retailing background to the company, and manages the domestic and international online Rewards Mall, ensuring the latest merchandise and gift cards are available to program participants around the world. Brian is a member of the Incentive and Engagement Solution Providers (IESP) industry group.
