Jon Richards

Jon Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jon started their career at Duck Creek Technologies in 2002, where they worked as a Training Coordinator, Project Manager, and Content Developer. Jon also served as the Duck Creek University Manager and Director of Education, managing a team and training employees on content development and design. In 2011, Jon joined Jack Henry & Associates as a Strategic Project Manager, overseeing top-tier banking upgrades and conducting business analysis. After that, they worked as a Business and Technology Consultant and Trainer at The America's Group from 2014 to 2017. Jon then joined American National as a Senior Systems Analyst in 2017 before moving to Classy Llama as a Solutions Architect. Currently, Jon holds the position of Director of Culture and Career Strategies at Next Level Solutions.

Jon Richards earned a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Preaching and Counseling from Southwest Baptist University between 1995 and 1999. Jon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2003 to 2007.
